Information you share

Account and membership features use information such as your name, email address, phone number, profile details, membership responses, and communication preferences. Gathering signups include attendance and party details. Contact, visitor, newsletter, and host inquiry forms collect the details you provide so our team or the intended host can respond.

Authorized church staff use the records needed for their responsibilities. Gathering hosts can access relevant signup and inquiry information. Private gathering addresses are restricted; public map markers for private locations are approximate.

Website services and optional analytics

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud for website hosting, authentication, data storage, and related services. Essential cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, support security, and remember interface choices. Server systems also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including request and error logs.

When optional analytics is available and you allow it, Google Analytics receives public page categories, video interactions, and page performance measurements, together with technical information processed by that service. Our analytics events exclude account identifiers, authentication and dashboard pages, search terms, URL query parameters and fragments, and raw error messages. We do not send your contact-form or membership responses to Google Analytics. Analytics may use cookies to recognize this browser.

Embedded or linked services, including YouTube, Spotify, Google Maps, and Zeffy, may process information when you load or use their content under their own privacy policies. Giving is handled by the giving provider; do not send payment-card details through our contact forms.

Retention and removal

We retain account, membership, signup, and correspondence records as needed to support church activities, respond to requests, and maintain security and administrative records. Different records have different retention needs; we do not promise a single automatic deletion period for all information.

You can ask to access, correct, or remove information by contacting us. Signed-in account settings also provide a data removal request. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which records you want removed. Processing may preserve necessary audit records or information belonging to other people; removal from active systems does not imply immediate removal from all backups or third-party systems.
